Turn on the grill.
Rinse the scollops and dry them well.
In a shallow baking tin add the oil and gently cook the crushed garlic cloves. Marinade the scallops in the oil, add the parsley, season with salt and a sprinkle of paprika . Place the baking tin under the grill cooking for 6-8 minutes. Turn the fish from time to time.
When cooked consider sprinkling with black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
