This intense chilli infused oil adds a peppery and spicy zing to every dish. For those who like it hot, but not too hot, use this oil to add just the right amount of kick to your pasta sauces and pizzas.
Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil blended with Crushed and full Red Capsicum Chilli.
After the NATURAL ingredients have been blended with this oil it is set aside to mature into a rich flavour that just tastes amazing.
I often grill or oven cook a range of white fish including sea bass & pollock in our red chilli oil. The oil gives the fish a slightly intense (hot) taste without overpowering the fish. You have to try this to believe it. We just love it!
The chilli will indeed get very intense the longer the oil is in the bottle. To reduce the intensity dilute by adding our plain rapeseed oil to refill the bottle. Nice one!
