The same family friend who gave us the Guacamole recipe gave us this fantastic Salsa recipe. Once again it is a fantastic, lip smacking & mouth watering. Rustle it up when friends call around.
Cooking Directions:Pour boiling water over the tomatoes to help to remove the peel, soaking them in hot water for a period of time, will ensure you to have the peels slip off quite easily.
Throw it all in the food processed for pulse for just a couple of seconds. Anymore and it will turn to mush.
Serve with nachos/tortilla’s/pitta bread
Note, no rapeseed oil in this recipe....just to show you that we are not totally biased on giving you recipe's with only rapeseed oil in them!
